Trail Maintenance Assessment Pass (TMA) Requirement
A
TMA must be purchased from a club and displayed according to Vermont law. TMAs can only be purchased from a club’s membership chairperson or a local business that has been contracted to sell TMAs for the club. There are significant savings available if you purchase your TMA pass before December 15th. For more information on types of TMA passes and pricing available for the 2011/2012 season, visit

Ordering TMAs by Mail:
To order TMAs by mail, print and complete the TMA form by clicking the link below. You will need to complete a form for each snowmobile. Please print clearly. All sections must be filled out completely for your application to be processed. Mail your completed form(s) and check Payable to Lyndon Sno Cruisers to: (PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM IN TO VAST - IT WILL DELAY YOUR TMA!!!)

Click the link below for your 2012 TMA Form, copy it for as many sleds as you need and mail to the above address along with your check, a copy of the sled registration and a copy of proof of insurance.

Please note that you are required to pay a club "membership" fee of $15 per sled, you may list a different club member name on each form, however to qualify for a FAMILY TMA, all of the sleds must have the same name on each form under "Registered Owner"; you must purchase (2) at full value and the additional are at the rate posted.
