Due to the rains we experienced this week along with warm temps and wind, our snow base has taken a huge hit. The decision to call the race off for Sat March 6th was made as early as possible to allow for your planning.
Ice is manageable (we could try and make some next 2 nights) however no
snow and the run-out is not extremely thin and the parking lot has
standing water and rutting up so -in the effort to not have to tow
people out and tear up the cornfield, the race has been canceled and
that will conclude the 2010 race season.
Sorry that I didn't have
better news, please know that we really wanted more races but the
weather just was against us most of the season.
